It is true that Penny Mellor does talk too much. She talks an awful lot. This is the first of the messages from Mellor. It also shows that David Southall was indeed framed by Penny Mellor. If this is what she does with one parent then what does she do with other complaints against David Southall. That is of course the question. David Southall may be no angel but it would be good to have valid complaints against him not constructed ones as Mellor has always intended.
